Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped from our MTC Factory Outlet store in Whitby, Ontario during normal operating hours.
Shipping is calculated based on weight and dimensions, the customers location and service type chosen.
If any product is received damaged or missing please notify the shipping carrier and MTC Factory Outlet immediately.
Failure to advise could result in compromising the warranty on the product.

In Store Purchase Returns– For all in store purchases, returns will be accepted for in store credit or exchange within 7 business days of the customer purchasing the product minus a 10% restocking fee.  Items must be in original packaging and condition.  Cash back is not offered.  FINAL SALE on appliances, headphones, and clearance – the above policy is not applicable for these items.

Curbside Order Returns – All curbside orders that are paid for in advance or paid for at time of pick up, fall within the In Store Purchase Return Policy.  A curbside order can be placed via telephone, website or facebook messenger.  These orders will be accepted for in store credit or exchange within 7 business days of the customer purchasing the product minus a 10% restocking fee.  Items must be in original packaging and condition.  Cash back is not offered.  FINAL SALE on appliances, headphones and clearance – the above policy is not applicable for these items. 

Online Returns – The customer must contact MTC Factory Outlet prior to shipping the item back to obtain an RMA number. MTC Factory Outlet must receive the item back, or the tracking number within 14 business days to be eligible for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipments without an RMA number will be refused at the buyers expense.
Returns will be inspected by a technician before any credit is issued.  FINAL SALE on appliances, headphones and clearance – the above policy is not applicable for these items.
Shipping will not be credited back unless there was an error on our part.  
All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
