Refurbished Warranty Coverage

Televisions
All TV’s include a 2 Year Phoenix warranty. The first 90-days the warranty is with MTC, customer responsible for bringing to MTC for service.  For added security, the warranty can be upgraded to 4 years for an additional fee, at time of purchase.  This warranty covers all parts and labour for the full duration chosen. In-home service is offered for larger televisions.

Major Appliances
All Appliances are Final Sale.

Major Appliances include a 3 Year Phoenix Warranty. Customers can pay to upgrade their warranty to 5 years total.  This warranty is in-home service and covers all parts and labour for the full duration. If the customer pays for delivery of the appliances, then the delivery of any potential exchanges would be covered as well. 

Miele B-Stock Coffee Systems include a 1 Year manufacturer’s warranty. 

Playstations
Playstation consoles include a 90 day MTC warranty. Extended warranty is available for purchase at time of sale. Please contact us for more information.

Dyson 
All Dyson products include a 1 Year manufacture’s warranty. Please contact Dyson for more information regarding their warranty.

All other refurbished brands include a minimum 90-day MTC warranty, except where manufacturers’ warranties apply. Extended warranty is available for purchase on most of our products, please contact us for more information.
